With 20 years of experience in dentistry, Susanna brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping patients to VITADENT Brooklyn Dental Group. She joined the VITADENT Brooklyn team about a year ago, after previously working with Dr. Levin at another location, and is excited to continue being part of a practice she truly values.
As Office Manager, Susanna helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice and works closely with the entire team to keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. From supporting the dental team behind the scenes to helping patients with their questions and billing, she is always focused on making the patient experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
One of the things she enjoys most about her work is building relationships with patients and helping them feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door. She understands that dental visits can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for patients who are nervous or who have been away from the dentist for a long time. Her goal is to listen, answer questions, help with concerns, and make every patient feel that they are in a friendly and supportive environment.
Susanna believes that a positive dental experience is about more than just the treatment itself—it is about teamwork, communication, trust, and making every patient feel welcome. She takes pride in being part of a team that works together to provide a high level of care while maintaining a warm and positive office culture.
After two decades in dentistry, what continues to be most rewarding for Susanna is the opportunity to help people. Whether she is helping a patient navigate billing, addressing a concern, supporting the team, or simply offering a reassuring conversation, she wants every patient to leave feeling confident that they are in good hands.
