Overview
Stacey is a warm and welcoming Front Desk and Patient Coordinator at VITAdent Brooklyn Dental Group on Avenue X in Brooklyn. She is often one of the first friendly faces patients meet when they walk through the door, and she takes pride in helping every patient feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.
In her role, Stacey coordinates appointments, assists patients with their questions and concerns, and helps guide them through their dental care experience. She works closely with the dentists, hygienists, and the entire VITAdent Brooklyn team to ensure that appointments run smoothly and that patients feel informed and supported at every step.
Stacey helps patients navigate a wide range of dental services, including routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, dental implants, Invisalign, and teeth whitening. While she does not provide the dental treatment herself, she helps patients understand what to expect, answers their questions, and makes sure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Stacey understands that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for patients who have not been to the dentist in a while. Her friendly approach, patience, and attentive listening help put patients at ease. She believes that taking the time to listen and treat every person with kindness and respect can make a meaningful difference in their dental experience.
Fluent in English and Russian, Stacey enjoys connecting with patients from Brooklyn’s diverse communities and building trust through clear communication and genuine care.
